About the Role
The Residential Experience Manager oversees Person-First Leisure and Lifestyle Programs in care facilities, managing a team of recreational activity officers responsible for promoting emotional and physical rehabilitation.
Duties include providing quality care, actively supporting residents to maintain their skill levels, independence and mobility, and providing respite support to family/carers.
Key responsibilities also include:
* Managing Recreational Activities Officers
* Collaborating with other team members to plan and organise recreational activity programs
* Ensuring individual resident needs are taken into account when providing recreational care
* Completing documented assessments
