We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Salesperson to join. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the Japanese used car market over 3 years, looking to grow their career with a company that offers tailored car sourcing and imports directly from Japan.
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance by delivering a personalised, high-quality experience to both individual and business clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Product Expertise: Provide accurate, detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and advantages.
* B2B & B2C Sales: Manage both retail and wholesale (dealer) clients, leveraging direct import advantages to meet sales goals.
* Sales Negotiation: Confidently negotiate pricing and financing options within customer budgets.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and inventory.
* Custom Vehicle Sourcing: Help clients source and import vehicles from Japan based on specific preferences and budgets.
* Market Insight: Stay current with market trends and competitor activities to better serve client needs.
* Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
About You
* Minimum 3 years of experience in car sales, ideally in the used Japanese vehicle sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Familiarity with Japanese car brands and models is highly regarded
* Sound knowledge of the local automotive market
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
