About the Role
The waste operation teams provide a wide range of servicesincluding general waste, recycling, bulk and illegal dumpingcollections.
There are four teams delivering the above services toour community from Two Rocks to Girrawheen/Koondoola.
You will be required to operate a range of plant and equipment and provide advice to the public in relation to waste services.
You will be expected to work most Public Holidays and also worksome overtime.
The role provides for four weeks annual leave.
Workconditions include 5.50am start and a 9 day fortnight.
About You
We are seeking enthusiastic Waste Operators with knowledge orrelevant experience in the safe operation and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment, and knowledge and experience in the use of information systems, technology and GPS.
A HR driverslicence is essential.
Skid steer experience would be anadvantage.
The position is suited to someone who enjoys varied workingtasks and is community and customer service focused.
Safety is an important aspect of this position when operatingand maintaining plant and other equipment such as trucks, skidsteers and side arm truck operations.
