About the role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll be part of the leadership team responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the floor, take ownership of shifts, and set the standard across a busy, multi-outlet venue.
What you'll be doing
* Support and develop team members across all areas of the venue
* Maintain high standards across service, presentation, and compliance
* Manage cash handling, daily reporting, and reconciliation
* Work with the Venue Manager to lift performance and strengthen team culture
What we're looking for
* A genuine interest in hospitality and customer experience
* Hands-on leader confident running shifts from the floor
* Ability to coach, develop, and lift team performance
* Strong understanding of multi-department venue operations
* RSA / RSG required
* RMLV and Approved Manager licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability to work rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
