The Role
We are looking for a Solicitor/Associate with 2–4 years PQE experience to join our reputable Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. The role involves working as part of a team providing support to partners, including:
* representing government clients
* attending a high volume of court and tribunal appearances

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* 2–4 years PQE
* Experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government Litigation
* Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or Administrative Appeals Tribunal
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high‑volume workload
* Strong stakeholder experience
* Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary
* Strong technical skills including in legal document drafting and research
