At Summit, we believe that building or improving a home is one of life's most exciting journeys, and delivering outstanding customer service is at the heart of that experience.
As our Service Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for clients once their home has been handed over, ensuring a smooth and professional experience through the maintenance and service phase.
You'll manage a high volume of service requests across new and existing homes, working closely with trades, suppliers, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure timely, effective resolutions.
From scheduling appointments to processing defect forms and coordinating multi-trade attendance, you'll play a vital role in delivering operational excellence and keeping our clients informed every step of the way.
Beyond client care, this role offers variety and cross-functional collaboration.
You'll also support our sales, construction, and office teams, helping to maintain display homes, company buildings, and even assist with general admin and office operations as needed.

About You
You're a strong communicator, highly organised, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
You're confident juggling multiple priorities and can switch between tasks without missing a beat.
Whether it's following up with a subcontractor, resolving a client issue, or supporting a team member in the office, you bring a solutions-focused mindset and positive energy to every interaction.
You'll be comfortable using business systems (like Businesscraft and BCGO), managing detailed service requests, and following through until every job is completed to a high standard.
You enjoy being part of a collaborative team but are also capable of working independently and using your initiative.
Ideally, you'll bring
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive and problem-solving approach to client service
Experience in coordinating trades or service-based operations (highly regarded)
Confidence using computer systems and managing admin tasks efficiently
