This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, analysis, and strategic support—providing insights that directly influence operational and financial outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, translating financial data into clear, actionable recommendations, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‐term planning processes. This position is well‐suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement and driving performance through insight.ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting and forecasting processes across assigned business unitsDeliver detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance reportingDevelop financial models to support business cases, scenario planning, and investment decisionsPartner with operational leaders to provide insight into financial performance and key driversIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to stakeholdersSupport development and evaluation of efficiency and cost‐saving initiativesTranslate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non‐finance stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reportingContribute to strategic planning and broader finance projectsThe CandidateProven experience in a finance business partnering or management accounting roleStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholdersConfident communicator with experience working with non‐finance leadersHighly analytical with the ability to translate data into meaningful insightsProactive, solutions‐focused, and comfortable working in a complex environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or CommerceCA / CPA qualified or working towards completion4‐8 years' experience within a large or complex organisationDemonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modellingAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilityHow to Apply To apply online, click the link below.
