**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency in Geelong, we are looking for experienced Admin Officers to join the team for a 12 month assignment. This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and will pay $42.54 per hour plus super.
The APS4 Admin Officers will provide operational and administrative support working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include;**
- Researching and responding to general enquiries
- Coordinate and prepare meeting minutes and papers
- Support the drafting of written communication and manage documents and databases
- Receive, analyse and record complaints and feedback
- Organise travel and finance reconciliation
- Participate in project management work as directed
**To be considered you will demonstrate;**
- Strong administrative skills and previous experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Robust engagement with stakeholders
- Organisation and time management skills
- Experience in the disability, health or aged care sectors
- Case management experience would be advantageous
