This role offers exposure to the media buying and planning process and in-depth understanding of the media landscape. As a Sales Development Assistant, you will work closely with our Account Executives and report directly to the Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager, based in Maroochydore.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering customer-focused services in a timely and efficient manner.
* Gaining exposure to the media buying and planning process and developing a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape.
* Planning, creating, booking, and managing TV advertising campaigns based on target audiences to meet client campaign briefs.
* Overseeing internal processes to ensure timely Ad placements and seamless coordination across departments.
* Providing administrative support, account assistance, audience research, and occasional Receptionist duties.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Prior office administration experience is desirable but not essential.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills.
* Effective time management with ability to meet deadlines.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
