ABOUT THE ROLE20-30 hours per week, part time role
Managing day to day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, email correspondence, filing and record keeping.
Raising purchase orders, setting up jobs, tracking materials, managing employee timesheets.
Maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and contract administration.
Providing support to the team with various projects.
Assisting with other ad-hoc duties including updating internal databases and spreadsheets.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVEProven experience as an Administration Assistant, ideally within the building and construction industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency using Xero and Microsoft Office Suite is essential; experience with Tradify is an advantage.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed and show initiative.
Happy and positive personality, with a can-do attitude.
