Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 plus super plus commission Benefits of being a Launcher: Flexible, hybrid working (we WFH on Mondays and Fridays) An extensive tech stack of a variety of products and licenses which includes: a personal LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights license a SEEK Talent Search license a Lusha and SignalHire account (scraping tools) an UberforBusiness account a UDEMY e-learning platform (for personal and professional learning and development) a LaunchRewards platform (for discounts on top brands) A dedicated CV formatting service 1 paid community service day per year Half day paid leave on your birthday Structured career pathway Access to an industry leading Employee Assistance Programme As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and prospects Developing knowledge of role types within your specialised technology vertical Investing time in understanding client's business goals and adding value through creative and cost-effective staffing solutions Qualifying role requirements and candidate specifications Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates building talent pools of high calibre professionals Understanding and managing candidate expectations Communicating steps and time frames of recruitment processes Sourcing, screening, qualifying, selecting candidates utilising industry leading tools Developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio Generating and developing new business Managing the end-to-end recruitment process utilising our ATS (JobAdder) Developing and providing market insights and intelligence About You 3+ years' experience in sales, recruitment or customer service in a hands-on operational environment Extensive experience managing customer relationships through regular contact on the telephone or in person Strong influencing skills Excellent stakeholder engagement skills Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills A passion for solving problems through to the end Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and recruitment databases If you are interested in becoming a Launcher, press Apply now.
