Salary and Benefits
Base pay range: A$124,656.00 – A$148,023.00 per annum, plus 17% super.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging teaching and curriculum design within the Master of Public Policy and Management.
* Conduct high‑impact research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, apply for competitive research funding.
* Foster academic leadership by participating in committees and building national and international partnerships.
* Supervise and support students in honours and graduate research projects, providing mentorship.
Qualifications and Experience
* PhD in public policy or a related field, with a record of scholarly achievement.
* Excellent teaching skills and ability to engage and inspire students.
* Strong research record, including publications and funding success.
* Leadership and administrative capabilities, with evidence of service and role participation.
* Collaborative spirit and experience in building relationships with external partners.
* Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the academic community.
