Overview
Our Sydney office requires a high-performing, experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our fast-paced Greater Sydney team. This is an essential role that will be servicing our reception and meeting spaces. If you're someone with a friendly and professional approach that enjoys interactions with staff, clients, visitors, and suppliers, we want to hear from you This position is available immediately and will be in a permanent full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent front of house experience with a friendly, professional manner always
* Maintain our meeting spaces, ensuring bookings are coordinated, they're ready for use and well-presented impressing clients & staff
* Coordinate multiple phone lines, ensuring calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately with messages relayed accurately
* Assist with Northrop Events and administrative tasks as required
* Engage with the Business Support team to support our People and the experience of our workspace
The Talent You'll Bring
* Experience working in a similarly paced environment essential
* Front of house and facility coordination experience
* Motivated to working as a team, highly motivated and a fast learner
* Outstanding phone manner and personal presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience using Microsoft Teams, or similar VOIP phone system preferred
* Ability to prioritise work under pressure, meeting competing deadlines
* Positive personality, customer service orientated
* High attention to detail with a pride in our working environment
