About the Role
* Possess a trade qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent.
* Hold significant experience working in the hot section (grill/pans) within a high-pressure kitchen environment.
* Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build cohesive relationships within the kitchen.
* Showcase adaptability and flexibility, maintaining attention to detail while working effectively under time constraints.
* Be passionate about delivering exceptional cuisine and committed to upholding high standards of quality and presentation.
* Able to work night shifts and weekends, with a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week for the successful candidate.
