Your next career opportunity
As the Divisional Group Manager within the Future Students team, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute student recruitment and admissions strategies across multiple faculties. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive initiatives that ensure the delivery of outstanding service to prospective students. This role offers you the chance to influence strategic planning and contribute to the growth and success of the University's academic programs.
Your responsibilities will include
* Strategic Leadership: Collaborate on the development and execution of integrated marketing, recruitment, and admissions plans.
* Team Development: Lead and support managers to ensure effective recruitment, admissions, and scholarship processes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with divisional stakeholders to enhance recruitment and admissions activities.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify service opportunities and drive initiatives to improve student experience and service delivery.
