**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and organize data on operational risks for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Offer guidance on creating effective operational risk reporting systems.
- Utilise data analytics to promote best practices for managing operational risks.
- Aid the group's operational risk and assurance team by supplying data to help with the oversight of the first line of defense.
**Desired Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in data, governance, risk management, business, law or relevant.
- Proven experience in data analytics, risk analytics or reporting role.
- Knowledge of how to create valuable reports and insights from various data sources.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting, data management and tableau, SQL or Cognos.
- Ability to condense complex data points, themes and trends into simple and practical insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presence and articulation when dealing with stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and brings a collaborative approach.
