Your Role We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Health Nurse to join our Safety & Sustainability Wellbeing team. This part-time role (30.4 hours/week), based in Padstow, offers flexibility across 4–5 days and involves occasional travel to various NSW business locations. You’ll support the health and wellbeing of employees across sales, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and office teams. Working closely with HR and Safety, both onsite and remotely, you’ll deliver meaningful care and contribute to a safe, supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities This role offers a combination of autonomy and support; you will join our close-knit team of nurses across Australia. You will manage the health and wellbeing of our employees by demonstrating care and ensuring all are managed in accordance with DuluxGroup values and behaviours and the relevant legislative requirements.
