About the role This role is ideal for a Property Lawyer (2-4 years PAE) looking to build broad experience across commercial, retail and development property matters within a collaborative and high-performing team. Working closely with senior lawyers, you will gain hands-on exposure to a diverse range of transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and disposals, development projects and property due diligence. The role offers genuine responsibility, direct client interaction and strong mentoring, with a focus on commercial outcomes, efficiency and exceptional client service. What you'll be doing Working on a broad mix of commercial, retail and development property matters Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, disclosure statements and other key legal documents Liaising directly with clients, agents and counterparties to keep transactions moving smoothly Assisting with settlements, due diligence and transaction support work Supporting senior lawyers on complex property and dispute matters while building your technical skills Conducting legal research and providing practical, commercial advice What we're looking for 2–4 years’ PQE in property law, with solid experience across commercial property matters A collaborative approach and strong leadership potential Ability to work autonomously with partner mentoring and team support Strong client service focus and commercial mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in networking, business development and profile building Strong organisational and legal practice management skills Experience using PEXA, with SPEAR experience advantageous but not essential About our client Our client is a highly regarded and growing medium-sized law firm known for delivering exceptional service and commercially focused outcomes to a premium and diverse client base.
