We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Lifeguards for the current summer season. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while they are using the hotel roof top pool, maintaining a vigilant watch over pool area, and responding to emergencies as needed. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are passionate about swimming and water safety while enjoying an active and rewarding summer job.
**About the Role**
- Monitor the hotel's roof top pool areas to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Enforce all safety rules and regulations.
- Respond to emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR if necessary.
- Assist with water rescues and perform lifesaving techniques when required.
- Maintain the roof top pool cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Provide customer service by answering questions and providing guidance to guests.
- Attend regular training sessions to maintain lifeguard certifications.
**Qualifications**:
- Current Lifeguard Certification (including CPR and First Aid) or ability to obtain certification before employment.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Ability to stay alert and react quickly in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing environments.
- Previous lifeguard experience is a plus but not required.
