Metron Homes is recruiting for skilled professionals to deliver exceptional service solutions in Australia. This "ONCE IN A LIFETIME" full-time role involves handling new customers in the Hervey Bay Area, progressing into a Site Manager or Warranty Site Manager role.
Responsibilities:
* Review customer raised items and schedule works prior to attending inspection.
* Conduct inspection and fix required works using company tools and vehicle.
* Assess and evaluate all items on checklist inspections, explaining disqualified items to customers.
* Document and report common construction issues for product improvement.
* Maintain relationships with internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents, and contractors.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Trade background in residential construction, ideally carpentry.
* Customer service experience.
* Australian Building Codes and standards knowledge.
* Ability to read and understand plans.
* Residential home building industry knowledge.
* Professional approach to tasks.
