Customer Service Support Specialist
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will provide backup support to the receptionist, sort and distribute company mail, assist with accessory orders, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly answer incoming phone calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist with processing and distributing accessory orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Administer supplies and maintenance calls for equipment in the mailroom, including photocopiers, postage meters, and fax machines.
* Distribute mail to the sales team on a monthly basis or as needed.
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Excellent telephone skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
* Proficiency in databases, order processing, and spreadsheets.
