About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to take full ownership of the tendering function, ensuring accurate, commercially sound, and consistently high-quality submissions without reliance on the Director.
Reporting directly to the Director, your responsibilities will include:
* Improving hit rate, margin discipline, and overall tender quality
* Preparing accurate, commercially sound pricing and detailed construction estimates
* Taking full ownership of tenders end-to-end, from scope review through to submission
* Putting quotes together, presenting to builders, negotiating, and actively chasing outcomesBuilding and refining estimating systems, templates, and workflows while coordinating with the Offshore QS and project stakeholders
This is a full-time remote role, with potential for an office-based position in the future as the business grows.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* A structured, organised, and professional approach that builders trust
* Strong scope interpretation skills and the ability to identify commercial risk
* The confidence to operate autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes
* High commercial awareness, including margin control and negotiation capability
* 3–4+ years' experience in the construction industry with building estimator experience highly desirable
