Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and personable Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to play a key role in the smooth day‐to‐day operation of our office. This is a varied and hands‐on position, ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact, supporting directors, and keeping office operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Act as a first point of contact for staff, contractors, and external stakeholders
* Coordinate daily office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace

General Administration & Office Support

* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management
* Support broader office coordination to ensure systems, processes, and workflows run smoothly

Accounts & Financial Administration

* Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks with a high level of accuracy
* Assist with invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation as required

Personal Assistant Support

* Provide reliable personal assistant support to directors, including managing correspondence, documentation, and general assistance as required
* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow‐up of tasks and requests

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

* Independent and reliable work style
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Computer proficiency (Xerox experience is a bonus)
* Driving licence (ideal)
