About the Role:
We are seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our kitchen team as a Demi Chef, Chef de Partie, or Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food presentation and preparation, overseeing prep during non-service periods, and maintaining product knowledge of menu items and seasonal ingredients.
In this role, you will also provide leadership and training to junior team members, facilitate open communication with management, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a professional kitchen environment, demonstrated experience with dietary requirements, and an understanding of local regulations concerning health, safety, and compliance.

Requirements:
* Leadership experience in a professional kitchen environment
* Demonstrated experience with dietary requirements
* Demonstrated experience and understanding of adhering to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements & an understanding of HACCP management
* Strong product knowledge of menu items and seasonal ingredients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
