What you'll do
* Apply Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to deliver high-level design and analysis for complex projects.
* Take ownership of technical work and influence decisions that shape project outcomes.
* Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to define, analyse, and optimise solutions.
* Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and project management as opportunities arise.
* mentor junior engineers as opportunities arise.
Who we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree in engineering. Master's or post-graduate certifications will be highly regarded
* 3 - 7 years' experience delivering technical projects
* Familiarity with Systems Engineering approaches, tools (Cameo/Catia), and language (SysML)
* Experience using MBSE will be advantageous
* Familiarity with Defence environments and the ASDEFCON suite will be advantageous
* Curious, proactive, and ready to step into broader responsibilities - including leadership of small project teams
Special Requirements
* Based in Adelaide, South Australia or willing to relocate
* Active NV1 level AGSVA Defence Clearance, or willingness to obtain
* Willingness to obtain a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
