Responsibilities
Deliver top-notch customer service, solve problems, and keep communication clear and professional
Master the art of preparing, knowing, and responsibly serving beverages to guests like a pro
Keep the outlet in tip-top shape daily by managing set-up, stock, security, and hygiene
Master sales systems and orchestrate seamless payments
About You
Proven track record in a comparable position with flexible evenings and weekend availability
Have full Australian working rights (at least 6 months) and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area
Confident and bubbly personality with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience
Solid English writing, reading and speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual
Have the RSA certificate and a good dose of previous barista experience
