What You Will Do: Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of AU and NZ pay runs. Your day-to-day includes: End-to-End Excellence:Managing full-cycle payroll in line with EAs, statutory requirements, and SLAs. System Integrity:Serving as the go-to expert for system testing, releases, and enhancements. Legislative Expertise:Interpreting complex industrial instruments and legislative changes across ANZ. Strategic Reporting:Delivering data that drives business decisions and ensures audit compliance. Mentoring:Mentoring team members and documenting robust, efficient processes. What We Are Looking For : Experience:Proven success in end-to-end payroll for medium-to-large ANZ organisations. Knowledge:Deep understanding of NZ and AU Pay/Leave legislation and industrial agreements. Tech Savvy:Strong Excel skills;SAP Payrollexperience is highly regarded.
