Your new role As Credit Controller, you will work closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to deliver the AR and Credit Management function for Uniting across Victoria and Tasmania.
Working as part of a small team, your responsibilities will include:Monitoring and reconciling debtor accountsUndertaking debt collections for a large and varied customer base, supporting vulnerable clients with payment plansEscalating overdue invoices by issuing Letters of Demand and engaging debt collection agencies where necessaryConducting monthly debtor reviews and preparing reports across AR functionsProviding high-level support and customer service to business units on invoicing, AR and credit management processes Benefits of working at Uniting Our work isn't easy, but it matters.
