Workers Compensation Lawyer - Key Responsibilities
Hall & Wilcox is seeking a skilled Workers Compensation lawyer to join our Darwin office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-admission experience in workers compensation, preferably on the defendant side.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling statutory insurance matters, including workers compensation, recoveries, and compulsory third-party claims.
* Working closely with clients and partners to deliver high-quality legal services.
