focused on the Datacenter segment. This division integrates electrical systems, cabling, racks and containment, power management, cooling solutions, and remote management to support a variety of data centre types.
This is a critical role targeting defence, government, and colocation sectors, responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and developing channel partnerships.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive will be responsible for driving both short-term and long-term revenue and profitability growth within the Datacenter segment. The role involves developing and executing strategic business plans, managing a full sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with both direct and channel partners. Based in Canberra, the position requires regular travel across Australia and will play a key part in the organisation's overall commercial success.
The Candidate
You are a proven sales and business development professional with deep expertise in the Data Centre market. You thrive in high-stakes, strategic environments and have a track record of exceeding sales targets. You are comfortable working across both direct and channel sales, and you understand the technical complexities of data centre infrastructure. Ideally, you are an Australian citizen with security clearance and are motivated by the challenge of driving commercial growth in defence, government, and colocation segments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the Data Centre sector, with a focus on defence, government, and colocation clients.
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, facility managers, engineers, consultants, and procurement teams.
Lead consultative sales engagements, delivering tailored, value-added solutions aligned to the organisation's offerings.
Manage direct and channel sales pipelines, fostering partnerships to maximise market penetration.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment on customer requirements.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify new growth opportunities.
