**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, or similar role in rail or infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in civil and structural engineering, with knowledge of rail construction techniques and standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and risk management practices in rail and construction industries.
