NBMLHD Community Mental Health offers a range of specialised services for children, young people, families and older people, through our community-based services and health centres. What you will bring to the role
* Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of AASW.
* Substantial postgraduate clinical experience and demonstrated high level of knowledge, skills and clinical expertise in mental health.
* Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage a demanding caseload with competing priorities.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership, staff supervision, and experience in the supervision of undergraduate social work students.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, and effective time management skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of and experience with quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
* Current unrestricted NSW driver's license and willingness to use same for work purposes.
