About the Role
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in accounts administration and financial support while completing your formal study through TAFE SA.
The Certificate III in Accounts Administration (FNS30322) runs for approximately 24 months, combining on-the-job learning with one day per week allocated for home study.
On completion, there's an opportunity to progress to the Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222).
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this apprenticeship position.
You'll work closely with our Finance Manager to:
· Enter and reconcile financial transactions
· Assist with accounts payable and receivable
· Support payroll and reporting processes
· Prepare business documents such as invoices, statements and correspondence
· Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
· Use MYOB and Excel to process and report data
· You'll work 4 days per week in the office and have 1 day allocated for home study.
Please note: This position is open to applicants of all genders and backgrounds. Applicants must be able to attain a South Australian RSA certification, and complete a national police check to meet the legal working requirements for this position.

Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Is comfortable working with numbers and basic calculations
Has good computer skills (Excel, Word, or similar)
Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
Is reliable, organised and eager to learn
Can balance study commitments alongside work duties
Year 12 completion is required as the minimum education level for this apprenticeship role.
