About the Role
We are seeking Communication Managers to design and deliver end-to-end internal communication within the organisation.
You will:
* Plan and deliver communication strategies to raise awareness and achieve organisational objectives.
* Provide expert advice on designing, developing, and evaluating internal communication products and activities.
* Collaborate and influence stakeholders, managing relationships to deliver successful business outcomes.
* Create high-quality content for multiple channels, including social media, eDM, web, and publications.
* Prepare reports, briefings, and conduct research, applying evidence-based decision-making to communications activities.
* Monitor and evaluate communications plans, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness of strategies.
The Successful Candidate
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills – able to collaborate, negotiate, and build relationships to achieve business outcomes.
* Expert communication and content creation abilities – skilled in writing and developing content for diverse channels such as social media, web, and publications.
* Strategic and analytical mindset – capable of designing and implementing communication strategies, monitoring effectiveness, and applying evidence-based decision-making.

Location: The role can be based in either QLD or VIC
Contract terms: 12 months initial contract.
Security Requirements: Current TSPV clearance required.
