Job Overview:
The Allied Health Manager is responsible for leading and advocating the development of outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services.
This leadership position will provide strong clinical and operational direction to each discipline, including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Psychology, and Dietetics.

* Develop business strategies to promote and grow services within the community
* Provide clinical and operational leadership to ensure efficient service operations
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage the team to enhance overall service operation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
* Manage human resources, finances, and operations to meet fiscal and operational KPIs
* Develop quality improvement initiatives and education programs
Requirements:
* Proven leadership skills and experience in business development
* Current registration in specialty (if applicable)
* Strong background in clinical excellence and business development
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
