About The Role
* Review and reconciliation of accounting queries
* Liaising with ATO and use of the ATO Portal
* Liaising with client, and third parties (including Auditors, Financial Adviser, Mortgage Broker, Super Providers etc)
* Preparation End of Year Financial reporting
* Business Activity Statements (BAS), and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) preparation
* Maintaining client files and database
* Liaising with financial institutions to obtain information on client's superannuation or insurance account
* Assisting in the preparation of documents and client portfolios for Statements of Advice (SoA) appointment, trust appointment, and review meetings
About You
* Must be a recent graduate or in the Final Year
* Must be a detailed oriented person
* Ability to multitask
* Has the willingness to learn things
* Could work in a small and big team
* Commitment to work a minimum of 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
