Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychologist to deliver home-based and community-based early intervention services to support children with developmental concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and family-based psychological support for children with developmental or emotional challenges.
* Engage in home visits and community settings such as kindergartens, schools, and workplaces.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Teachers, and Occupational Therapists.
* Support parents through coaching, capacity building, and practical strategies.
* Maintain manageable caseloads with approximately 3 participants per day.
* Deliver services in line with NDIS best practices and funding requirements.
Essential Criteria:
* Full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist.
* Full driver's licence and own car (mileage reimbursement available).
