About the Role
Service Stream's Telecommunications division are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our ODM team. Reporting directly to the Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple concurrent design and construction projects
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Manage end-to-end project activities for each project including: customer engagement, design and survey activities, communication and reporting and scheduling and programming
- Provide regular highlight reporting to management detailing project status including information such as project status, ability to meet targets, known issues, etc
- Liaise with and coordinate members from various teams ensure successful delivery and implementation
- Monitor NBN publications to identify and notify management of changes to guidelines and procedures, and take action to assess and correct any issues resulting from change
- Identify process improvement and process automation opportunities for managing and coordinating projects
- Identify opportunities to develop and expand new project opportunities
- Provide a skilled front and single point-of-contact to project customers and business representatives for any matters related to a project
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders as necessary
- Manage competing priorities within a constantly changing and dynamic environment
Skills and Experience
- Proven project coordination and management skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to motivate project team members to deliver high quality products in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good customer relationship skills
- Innovative and resourceful self-starter with a high level of energy and motivation
- Detailed understanding of Telecommunications or related field service based industries
