My client seeking an ICT Procurement & Business Support Officer. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys process-driven work, and can confidently manage multiple priorities across purchasing, reporting, and team support.
About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering administrative and operational support across ICT functions, with a strong focus on procurement processes, document management, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate procurement activities including requesting quotes, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing approval workflows
* Assist with contract administration and vendor coordination for ICT-related systems and services
* Prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, spreadsheets, and general business documentation
* Take meeting minutes and support information coordination across the ICT team
* Maintain accurate records using document management systems such as iShare
* Support hardware/software asset tracking and administrative processes
* Assist with budget tracking and financial administration
* Provide frontline support to the ICT team with internal requests, calls, and walk-ins as required
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support operational continuity
About You
* Previous experience in procurement, administration, business support, or ICT operations support
* Strong experience managing purchase orders, invoice processing, and documentation workflows
* Demonstrated experience with PC software packages including Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Cloud platforms, and email systems
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Strong written communication skills with experience preparing business documents, reports, and correspondence
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams
* Experience working with document management systems is highly regarded

* ITIL certification or exposure to IT service management frameworks
* Experience supporting ICT, technology, or corporate services teams
