Short Description: As a FileNet Developer, you should have hands-on development experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, and good Java programming.
Qualifications
8+ years of IT industry experience.
6+ years experience in IBM Records Manager, Filenet as a Developer, Designer and Architect.
Single-handedly capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM Filenet solution.
Strong exposure in Records Management, Archival and Retrieval.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
Skills
IBM Filenet P8 — Expert level; fix pack 5 / Filenet P.
Java / J2EE — Advanced; Spring — Advanced; JUnit — Advanced; iBatis / Hibernate — Intermediate.
Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs.
Strong consulting and communication skills.
Additional skill: WebSphere.
Responsibilities
Conffiguring, designing and developing on FileNet, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
Working in a team of highly motivated technical experts on high-visibility projects.
Adapting to a fast-paced development model.
Participation in design meetings and decision making.
Developing Java / J2EE components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
Developing system monitoring tools.
Contributing to operational and risk remediation activities.
Working on estimation and sizing for new proposals.
Being ready to travel as needed.

CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP.
