In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will
* Drive Growth: Lead the expansion of Emerson's MHM solutions across South East Australia by managing accounts, following up on leads, and building a strong opportunities pipeline in CRM.
* Be the Expert: Serve as a trusted technology advisor, providing customers and internal teams with guidance on application, implementation, and maintenance of reliability solutions.
* Shape Strategy: Collaborate on customer‑focused sales strategies, ensuring competitive pricing and margin management for MHM products and services.
* Build Relationships: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term partnerships.
* Stay Ahead: Keep all stakeholders informed on account status, market trends, development programs, and project pursuits.
* Promote Innovation: Support marketing initiatives such as seminars, roadshows, training programs, and new product launches to showcase Emerson's cutting‑edge solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need
* Trade Certificate (Electrical/Mechanical) or tertiary qualification.
* Strong technical experience in Condition‑Based Maintenance (CbM) and reliability practices.
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
* Ability to travel primarily across VIC, NSW, SA, TAS and throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.
