We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our team.

This role will involve managing tax and financial reporting requirements for our organization and its group of companies.
You will play a key part in shaping our future and making a difference in people's lives by providing industry-leading protection and mobility solutions.
* Maintain compliance with Canadian tax legislation, including preparation of income and indirect tax returns, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
* Prepare regulatory filings and responses to requests from government agencies (e.g., Statistics Canada).
* Review tax assessments, document tax positions, and support the business on income and indirect sales tax matters.
* Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries, working with internal teams and external advisors as needed.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and associated disclosures, including general ledger reconciliations and subsystem reconciliations.
Key Requirements
* Strong technical accounting skills with knowledge of ASPE and IFRS.
* Experience working in a high-volume, multi-entity environment with multiple accounting standards.
