We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our retail security team.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for part-time retail security officers who possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the security industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality security services at Warringah Mall, supporting all tenants, guests, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, managing access, responding promptly to client requests, ensuring safety and security, and managing emergency situations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable.
* A First Aid Certificate.
* A Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
* Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential.
* Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
* Leadership to take ownership of service delivery.
* Ability to complete reports using various platforms.
* Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and corporate-appropriate.
* High-level problem-solving skills.
* Ability to respond to emergency situations.
* Valid work rights in Australia.
* Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours.
* Availability across 7 days/night.
