The role
We're seeking an experienced Administration & Bookkeeper to take ownership of day‑to‑day finance, compliance and crew administration. You'll be the point‑person for invoicing, inventory, quota/returns, payroll support, rosters/travel and general office operations—all critical to keeping our vessels and customers running smoothly.
What you'll bring
* Strong MYOB experience (accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations) and confident Excel skills across complex spreadsheets.
* Experience with Existco/PCS/Catchlog (or similar ERP/fisheries systems) highly regarded.
* Working knowledge of fisheries reporting, HACCP/export documentation and general compliance processes (training provided for industry specifics).
* Meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to juggle deadlines across multiple obligations.
