As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support.
About the Role
This part-time position is designed to provide coverage for an 11-month period, working three 8-hour days per week.
* Support the management of tasks, reports, and information requests through thorough research and preparation.
* Gather and enter data accurately into reports, presentations, and databases with precision.
* Collaborate with departments to collect, enter, and generate reports for activities.
* Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors.
* Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from various stakeholders.
* Process payments for vendors and suppliers while assisting with payment-related questions.
* Maintain and update policies and procedures within departments.
* Support project initiatives and process improvements as needed.
* Perform general administrative tasks in accordance with company guidelines.
