Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordination Specialist to support our growing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient scheduling of service technicians and providing daily administrative support to the Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily schedules for service technicians
* Manage the delivery of scheduled preventative maintenance
* Raise purchase orders and source replacement parts
* Process and send service records and invoices
* Prioritize and respond to client requests professionally and efficiently
* Provide daily administrative support to the Service Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a coordination, scheduling or administration role (preferred but not essential)
* SimPRO experience highly regarded (training provided)
* Exposure to the HVAC or service industry an advantage, not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Bluebeam experience a plus
* Excellent multitasking, organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
* A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
