About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our team. This full-time position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, with a primary focus on customer service within our retail environment. Additional duties include Chemical and Fertiliser Sales, general store operations, warehouse tasks, customer deliveries and other responsibilities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service at the sales counter
* Product sales and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Working closely and collaboratively with other members of the Muirs team and national network
* Assisting customers with product queries
* Carry out daily administrative tasks
* Perform general store and warehouse duties
* Carry out customer deliveries as required
* Safely unload, check, and receipt stock
* Manage warehouse inventory
* Ensure safe storage, handling, and transport of inventory
About you
* Experience in chemical and fertilizer
* A current Heavy Rigid or MR licence (HR/MR) would be an advantage or be willing to obtain
* A current forklift licence would be an advantage or be willing to obtain
* Experience in irrigation, agriculture and horticulture an advantage
