Oversee the delivery of projects from acquisition to the handover to the operations team. Salary circa $150,000 - $200,000 DOE. A leading development company who specialises in the aged care sector is seeking a Project Manager to join their Melbourne team.
Working alongside the development team and reporting into the CEO you will be delivering projects from acquisition right to handover to the operations team.
If you are a Project Manager and have 7+ years working for a client-side PM consultancy across aged care, residential, healthcare or commercial projects and want to work developer side then reach out.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Provide specialist project management tools, resources, and advice to support these projects through to completion. Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct end of project/process review to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Oversee procurement strategies, tendering processes, and contract negotiations. Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control to mitigate risks and delays. The Individual: Proven experience with the delivery of aged care, residential, healthcare or commercial projects. Leadership and team management experience. 7-10 years project management experience, ideally working with a client-side consultancy. In-depth knowledge and understand of project management from inception to completion. Diverse and multi-disciplinary construction project experience with project values of circa $30m - $50m. Please note this position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week (Mon - Fri).
