Job Description
Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and coordinating interviews.
Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting requirements.
Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.
Support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
A background in administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR.
Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
A commitment to supporting community-focused initiative.
Experience with Humanforce
Aboriginals or Torres Strait Islanders are highly encouraged to apply.
