About the role:

As an Integrated Mental Health & AOD Clinician, you'll play a vital role in supporting people to navigate life's challenges and move toward recovery with dignity and hope. Working within a passionate, multi-disciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, provide care when it's needed most, and help shape a more responsive, inclusive mental health and AOD system.

The latter role offers a unique opportunity to integrate cultural knowledge and practices into therapeutic care, supporting individuals and families in a way that is culturally safe, respectful, and empowering. All roles are part of our shared commitment to providing inclusive, person-centred support that reflects the diverse needs of our community.

What you will bring to the team:

Strong clinical capability, with demonstrated experience in delivering and documenting evidence-informed mental health and AOD interventions,

Proven ability to support individuals with complex needs through integrated, person-centred care, while navigating and collaborating across a multi-agency service system.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage therapeutically, manage challenging situations, and build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.

Organisational agility and adaptability, including the capacity to manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and confidently work across various digital systems and databases.

A strong commitment to the values of community health, including equity, inclusion, and the social model of health, with a collaborative approach to improving outcomes for individuals and communities.
